Company Secretaries are valuable to an organization, but what makes them effective is their up-to-date skills and knowledge. Being an advisor to the Board of Directors, and Board Committees, and interacting with regulators on matters of compliance and policies requires a person who has strong knowledge, expertise, and networking capabilities.

The Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance has designed an essential two-day program to provide Company Secretaries and other individuals with the capabilities required to excel in this complex and pivotal role.
