Students from Dow University (Ojha Camp), Visited PSX

As part of the Financial Literacy Initiative of PSX, students of Dow University (Ojha Camp) were given a brief overview of investment basics, financial planning and stock market investments by PSX representatives. The students/ employees were also informed about the Capital Market of Pakistan, the functions & working of the Stock Exchange and its ecosystem, criteria of selecting stock-brokers, risk tolerance/ assessment and benefits of long term investment in the equity market.

The students were also guided about how to select stock-brokers, their list and contact details available on PSX website. PSX representatives also guided students on how to navigate/ explore PSX website to access the various functions/ information available on the website.

The session was a big success where students kept their interest and were interactive throughout; also at the end, there was a brief question & answer session. The students were also given a tour of the PSX Trading Hall which captured their interest and curiosity.
