PSX, in Collaboration With UNDP, Conducts Workshop on Minimum Reporting on SDGs in Lahore

A workshop was conducted by Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) in collaboration with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) on minimum reporting on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at PSX Regional Office Lahore. The objective of this workshop was to create awareness, provide training and facilitation amongst listed companies on achieving and reporting the SDGs and their indicators. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Ali Sohail, a UNDP assigned trainer, and was attended by representatives of listed companies. Ms. Raeda Latif, GM - Marketing & Business Development, PSX, speaking at the occasion, highlighted the importance of sustainability reporting for listed companies so they can ensure not only bottomline enhancement but also put themselves on the world map of responsible investing. She added that that we at PSX have worked with the UNDP to outline a minimum reporting framework to make companies’ reporting journey on sustainability a convenient and easy one as they progress and traverse in this direction of sustainability and following the SDGs.
