PSX Conducts Investors & Industry Awareness Session at LCCI

Pakistan Stock Exchange conducted an Investors & Industry Awareness Session at Lahore Chamber of Commerce & Industry. PSX representatives gave an overview of the functions & working of the Stock Exchange, its ecosystem, and its role in capital formation in the country to the office-bearers and representatives of LCCI. The LCCI officials were also apprised about stock market investments and advantages of investing in the equity market for the long term. PSX representatives also informed them about selection of a stock-broker with the help of the brokers’ list, contact details available on PSX website, and how to navigate & explore the different functions/ information available on PSX website. The PSX representatives briefed the LCCI officials and representatives about the significance and benefits of listing on the Main and GEM Boards of Pakistan Stock Exchange. The LCCI officials were also briefed about the advantages of going public whereby they can meet their capital requirements and address succession planning for future generations, amongst other benefits and advantages of listing.
