PSX conducts Investor Awareness Session during World Investor Week 2024 for academic institutions in Lahore

Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Lahore team conducted an Investor Awareness Session for participants of several academic institutions in Lahore, namely Hailey College of Banking & Finance, Leads University, Minhaj University & LUMS NIC Startups Lahore. This was part of the activities for the World Investor Week 2024, observed by PSX under the aegis of World Federation of Exchanges (WFE) as an Affiliate Exchange. The session focused on educating attendees about the importance of stock market investments and the capital market’s role in Pakistan’s economy. Participants were informed about the benefits of investing in PSX, the investment process, and how to navigate the PSX website, including using the virtual trading platform “My Portfolio.” The event concluded with an engaging Q&A segment where attendees actively sought insights about the Stock Exchange and investment strategies for both Primary and Secondary markets. The participants appreciated PSX’s commitment in enhancing investor awareness and supporting the growth of the capital market.
