PSX conducts Industry Awareness Session with National Expansion Plan-9 PITB Lahore Incubators

PSX conducted an online Industry Awareness Session with National Expansion Plan-9 PITB Lahore Incubators. The PSX representative delivered a detailed presentation on the PSX GEM Board and explained the process of listing, regulatory requirements, accredited investors’ eligibility criteria and how startups/green field projects can list on PSX GEM Board to raise growth capital for their business expansion or for mergers/acquisitions. The participants were briefed about the role of Consultant & Advisor for GEM Board as well as the requirements for filing listing application at PSX. The PSX representative also highlighted the importance of succession planning in companies because many known names in business community in Pakistan do not survive by the time the 3rd generation of the business families reaches the helm of affairs of their companies, as per study of IFC (World Bank). It was a productive session which was interactive throughout as well.
