Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) conducted an Investor Awareness Session for the students of Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology University. The session focused on educating attendees about the importance of stock market investments and the capital market’s role in Pakistan’s economy. The session also included briefing on Sahulat Account opening, portfolio management & market multiples. Participants were informed about the benefits of investing in PSX, the investment process, how to navigate the PSX website, and using the virtual trading platform, ‘My Portfolio’. The event concluded with a lively Q&A segment where participants actively sought insights into the Stock Exchange and investment strategies for both Primary and Secondary markets. Furthermore, faculty members of the college opened brokerage accounts during the session as well. Lastly, the participants appreciated PSX’s commitment to enhancing investor awareness and supporting the growth of the capital market.
