Investor Awareness Session Held for Students of University of Malakand

The students of University of Malakand visited PSX Islamabad where they were given a presentation on the functions & working of the Stock Exchange, its role in capital formation, and its ecosystem, by officials of PSX Islamabad. The students were also briefed about the importance of financial planning, saving, effect of inflation on saving, stock market investments, and investing in the equity market for the long term. The PSX representatives also guided the students about selection of a stock-broker with the help of the brokers’ list and contact details available on PSX website and how to navigate & explore the different functions/ information available on PSX website. Questions and answers sessions also took place during the session.
