Investor Awareness Session Held For Students of ICMAP

Students of ICMAP visited PSX where they were given a brief overview of investment basics, financial planning and stock market investments by PSX representatives. The students were also informed about the Capital Market of Pakistan, the functions & working of the Stock Exchange and its ecosystem, selecting stock-brokers (whereby PSX website has brokers’ lists & contact details), risk tolerance/ assessment and benefits of long term investment in the equity market. An SECP representative also attended the session and briefed the participants about the role of SECP in the Capital Market of Pakistan.
