Industry Awareness Session in Sargodha Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI)

Pakistan Stock Exchange team visited Sargodha Chamber and met with the senior management and executive committee members of SCCI. During the visit Regional Head Lahore briefed about the Stock Exchange and its role in capital formation and explain how small and medium enterprises (SMEs), greenfield company can raise growth capital by listing at PSX GEM board and take their business across generations. We have also highlighted importance of succession planning as many known names in business community are vanished in Pakistan and not survived till their 3rd generation as per study of IFC (world bank).

Session was quite interactive and participants have asked many questions about eligibility criteria and procedure of listing at GEM board.
